David S. Miller

David Miller is a Broker Associate with years of professional experience. David’s specialty in commercial real estate is the result of several ventures within the industry. David first became a licensed broker in 1975 and became the owner of Pearland Properties Inc. until 2007 when he sold his interest in the company to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties. Since then, David has remained an associate broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and specializes in commercial real estate.

David’s track record speaks for itself. He has been named the company’s top selling commercial agent 5 times, and consistently outperforms his competition. David has years of experience within the industry and has acquired many skills. Through owning his own business, serving in the U.S. Military, being extremely involved in his community, and working to represent many clients, David has gained communication, negotiating, budgeting, visionary, interpersonal, and technological skills.

As a retired Lt. Col. of the United States Air Force, David has years of involvement within the U.S. Military under his belt. David Miller is decorated with 4 Air Medals, 2 Air Force Commendation Medals, and the Vietnam Service Medal for his acts of valor and service during his time in Vietnam.

David’s involvement and leadership within the Pearland area has led to several noteworthy successes. In 1986, David initiated the tax abatement plan for Pearland and initiated the Clover Field Airport proposal, and in 1995, David helped the city acquire land for its’ first industrial park.

David has several graduate degrees, many awards for his achievements in the military, a resume filled with ways he has impacted the community around him, and years of experience as a successful real estate broker.
