Erica Fladung has always had a passion for Real Estate. Growing up in Houston, Texas, Memorial Area, has created a special insight into the Memorial market. Pursuing her Real Estate license is just one of her educational talents.

She is a proud graduate of Stratford High School where she flourished as a Spartainaire and cheerleader. After High School, Erica decided to cheer for TCU Horned Frogs, graduating with a legal studies degree. Erica followed her pursuits with a Texas Paralegal License. Her career highlights include business development and marketing for some of Houston’s top global law firms.

Erica’s experience in the legal field has developed her into a skilled negotiator. She understands the necessity of the contract and what it takes to create trusting relationships.
