Before becoming a licensed Realtor 20 years ago, I too, was a consumer in the housing world. I remember feeling overwhelmed and often frustrated by the lack on information and misinformation I was given throughout the entire process. After surviving listing appointments, selling and buying a home with a few agents – I decided I wanted to know first hand everything I could about real estate. Taking my own experiences in real estate as the consumer and client, I pride myself as a Realtor in providing personal connections and integrity to each and every transaction. I still to this day feel sense of pride each time I can hang a “sold” sign on a client’s sign or hand over keys to anxious buyers. Although I do not profess to know “everything” about real estate – I make sure I know most things in my profession and challenge myself regularly to stay in front of the changes in market conditions and metropolitan inventory and happenings. From working with first time buyers to the most seasoned clients, I honestly can say I love every aspect of real estate. Buying and selling in today’s market can often be intimidating and frustrating, especially when trust and communication can hamper positive results. I work with investors, relocation specialists, rental properties, management, buyers, sellers and commercial clients.
